Congratulations to our worthy winners of 14 August NBCRI Charity Open Day competition which was very well attended. Winners were 1st Lady President Mary O'Brien (29) 40 pts (back 9), 2nd Mary Rogan (25) 40 pts, 3rd Marian Kennedy-Hogan (17) 37 pts (back 3). Best Gross Julie O'Gara (Roscommon) (6) 27 Gross.

Best of luck to our Munster Cup Team (0-20 Handicaps) playing in Dundrum on 19 August Margaret Keyes, Phil Mann, Lady Captain Jean Ryan and sub Ina Desmond and to our Juniour Cup Team (21-32 Handicaps) in Killorglin on 25 August Noreen Kinevane, Deirdre Ward, Margaret Shovlin and sub Ciara Hereward Ryan.

Autumn Cup on Thursday 21st of August will be a stroke competition. Mary O'Brien Lady President's Day is on Sunday 24 August from 8.30 - 2 p.m. Presentation in Clubhouse at 9 p.m.

The Adare Challenge Cup was held on Thursday 31 July sponsored by PJ & Noreen Kinevane. The day started off dry, however by the end of the day the heavens opened and the players trudged through to bring in some good scores! Many thanks to Noreen for her prizes which were very much appreciated.
